I’ll admit to having a “thing” for both random voltage modules and quantizers. Few things are as musically inspiring as patching a randomizer into a quantizer and letting them fight it out. So, every time I buy a new random module, I tend to buy a new quantizer to battle it.
During my last eurorack purge, I sold off a couple of randomizers, but neglected to sell any quantizers. The result? My system is out of balance — more order than chaos.
So, to rectify this, it’s time to move out one of the quantizers. Technically, since I’m down two randomizers, I should sell TWO quantizers — but I decided to cheat. The Doepfer A-156 is a DUAL channel quantizer, meaning I can get away with selling only one module!
CAD$199. I’m the original owner, and the module has only been used in my downtown, smoke-free studio. Mint condition — particularly when you consider how many battles it’s been forced to wage with random modules.
Low ball offers and the inevitable trolls will be ignored. If the module is listed, then it’s still available.
