ULTRAsomething: Failing forward for an entire decade.

With a new URL for the blog and an expanded mission statement, ULTRAsomething is retaining all of its original ULTRA-ness, while becoming a whole lot more "something."
What does one do when one vows to publish at least one article per calendar-month, yet arrives back home — jet lagged and fully booked — on the final day of a month spent mostly in Tokyo? One writes a short article to explain why there's no article that month — thus honoring (though somewhat deceptively) one's vow.
Everyone redesigns their website now and then. But only ULTRAsomething would use such a mundane task as justification for an observational post on the state of humanity.
The inevitable has occurred — ULTRAsomething is now hosting workshops. OK, it's only ONE workshop, and its being co-hosted with Quinton Gordon from Luz Studios, but it's still a workshop. And it's every bit as unique as its title: "Ferreting Mantras."
Once every three months I slip away from all the limelight, tinsel and glamor of the blogging world, and I take a good long look at ULTRAsomething. I ask myself a great number of questions about what this site is and what it should be. It's a quarterly rite of passage that rarely yields any useful answers. The reason, of course, is that I'm asking the wrong person. Instead of asking myself these questions, I should be asking you, my readers...
